With the voucher module it is possible to start actively selling vouchers to your clients. The steps below explain how to create vouchers, place the voucher widget and where to find the ordered vouchers in the administration. This is best done in collaboration with your web builder:
- Go to the integration page (https://integratie.123boeken.nl), create a new widget (API) and name it, for example, ‘voucher’ (see image 1)
- Then create 1 or more vouchers (see image 1) and save the page.
- See images 2 and 3. You can now use ‘preview’ to view and test the voucher page. If this works well, you can place the script under ‘code’ on your website.
- Now go to the management environment, to the section ‘management > discounts’. Here under the tab ‘vouchers ordered’ you can view the number of orders > see image 4. And view the data per voucher > see image 5. With online checkout, the voucher code is created and sent automatically after payment (you do not have to do anything). When transferring, you need to manually process the payment (paid: yes and click ‘save’). Then a voucher code will be created. Then you can send this code to the customer via ‘mail voucher’.
The mail templates are provided with a standard text. If you want to change it, you can do so under ‘settings > email’ > see attached image 6. Finally, under ‘settings > emails > voucher ordered’ you can set a thank you message > see image 7.
