Send the guests a ‘thank you’ email

Under ‘settings’ in the left menu you go to ’email’, here you will find the template ‘thank you email’. With this you can send guests a message a few days after their departure, for example asking them to rate your company (via a review link), or informing them about a nice return promotion with a discount code. Read the steps below to set up the thank you email:

  1. Select ‘type: formatting’: this is how to send an email without mentioning the booking details.
  2. Select ‘automatic mail: yes’ and specify how many days after departure the message should be sent.
  3. Enter an internal title. This title is visible to the administrator, not to the recipient.
  4. Next, enter the subject of the email (for example, “Thanks for coming!”).
  5. Then enter the page header. This will be displayed at the top of the email
  6. Optionally, you can add and attach an attachment, such as directions.
  7. Optionally, you can also send a product-specific attachment. Under ‘management’ > ‘objects’ you can add an attachment per rental product under the tab ‘attachments’.
  8. Enter the desired text in the text box. A number of [tags] are listed at the bottom of the text editor.
  9. When everything is set, click ‘save’.
