After processing a payment in the 123Boeken-system, it is possible to inform the guest about it. Go to ‘Settings’ in the left menu, then ’email’ > ‘payment confirmation’ (see image 1) and click on the edit icon. Then read through the explanation below.
Type
Formatting: you send an email without booking lines (see Figure 2 as an example)
Booking: you send an email with booking rules (see image 3 as an example)
Internal title
This title is visible to the administrator, not to the recipient.
Subject
Enter the subject of the email here (for example, ‘Payment confirmation’).
Header
Page header that is displayed at the top of the email.
Attachments
You can add any attachments that are sent along by default, for example, directions.
Link rental object attachment
In the left menu under ‘Manage’ > ‘objects’, you can add an attachment per rental product under the ‘attachment’ tab (see image 5). This information is sent on product level.
At the top right of the text editor is a [tags] button. Here you can add tags to the text (for example [reservationnumber]).
