It is possible to remind guests of outstanding invoices, both for down payment and residual payment. Read through the explanation below and set up your reminder templates.

Type
Formatting : you send an email without booking lines
Booking : you send an e-mail with booking rules
Booking as pdf : you send an e-mail with a PDF invoice as attachment

Internal title
This title is visible to the administrator, not to the recipient.

Subject
Enter the subject of the email here (for example: payment reminder).

Header
Page header that is displayed at the top of the email.

Attachments
You can add any attachments that are sent along by default, for example, directions.

Link rental object attachment
Under ‘management’ > ‘objects’ you can add an attachment per rental product under the ‘attachments’ tab. This information is sent
on product level.

At the top right of the text editor is a [tags] button. You can use this to add tags to the text (for example [name], [surname], [reservationnumber]).
