Booking approved by administrator

The e-mail template ‘Booking approved by administrator’ is sent automatically as soon as the booking status is ‘approved’.

This template is disabled by default, you have to enable it yourself by setting the template to active in ‘Settings’ > ‘E-mail’.

The e-mail is only sent once per booking. For example, if you set the booking to ‘new’ and then to ‘agreed’ again, the e-mail will not be sent automatically again. Of course you can always send the e-mail manually from the relevant booking if necessary.
