In the last step of the booking process, the booker must agree to the general terms and conditions (see image 1). This can be set per rental product and goes as follows:

1. Go to ‘management’ in the left menu, then to ‘conditions’ and click ‘new’. Upload the conditions from your computer and click ‘save’ (see image 2 as an example).

2. Then you can add the conditions per rental product under the tab ‘attachment’ (see image 3 as an example).

The terms and conditions will also be sent with the booking confirmation.

Referral to the General terms and conditions
Would you rather link to the terms and conditions on your website? Then you can also add a link via ‘settings’ in the left menu, ‘remarks’ > ‘general terms and conditions’. Click on the link icon at the top of the editor . Then enter the link and select ‘new window’ in the target section. Finally, click ‘ok’ at the bottom of the pop-up. The conditions will open in a new tab after clicking in the booking window.

Different languages
It is possible to add the terms and conditions in different languages. Just click on the ‘new’-button to add a new language. Keep in mind that the guest will see the name you give the ‘Conditions’ so make sure you give it a name that corresponds with the language of the terms and conditions.
