Update Availability

With just a few clicks, you can easily update the availability of your rental product. Go to the product management section (management > objects) and navigate to the ‘not available’ tab. Select a start and end date, set the status to ‘occupied,’ and optionally assign a label (e.g., maintenance). Then click save (see image 1 for an example).

If you want to release a period, follow the steps above but select the status ‘free’ (see image 2 for an example).

If the product can be booked multiple times, you can use the ‘custom stock’ status. For instance, if you have four 6-person holiday homes (stock = 4) and want to block one, set stock to 3 (see image 3 for an example).

Under ‘unavailable periods,’ you will see the current list of blocked dates. Here, you can also update the custom stock by clicking the edit icon (see image 4 for an example).
