[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Under ‘settings’ in the left menu go to ’email’. There it is possible to create a new template, with this you can for example create a template to welcome your guests a few days before arrival by e-mail. Read the steps below to create a ‘welcome template’:<\/p>\n

  1. Select ‘type’ > ‘layout’. You will send an e-mail without mentioning the booking details.<\/li>\n
  2. Select ‘automatic mail: yes’ and specify how many days before arrival the message should be sent.<\/li>\n
  3. Fill in an internal title. This title is visible to the administrator, not to the recipient.<\/li>\n
  4. Next, enter the subject of the email (for example, \u201cYour vacation is about to begin!\u201d).<\/li>\n
  5. Then enter the page header. This will be displayed at the top of the e-mail.<\/li>\n
  6. Optionally, you can add and include an attachment. Think of an itinerary for example.<\/li>\n
  7. Optionally, you can also send a product-specific attachment. Under ‘management’ > ‘objects’ you can add an attachment per rental product under the tab ‘attachments’.<\/li>\n
  8. Enter the desired text in the text box. A number of [tags] are listed at the bottom of the text editor.<\/li>\n
  9. When everything is set click ‘save’.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
