\nBooking<\/span>: you send the booking confirmation as an e-mail (default)
\nFormatting: you send an email without mentioning the booking details. This option is often used for booking requests where the booking lines are not yet sent along.
\nBooking as PDF<\/span>: you send an email with the booking as an attachment. Click here for instructions on how to use this.<\/p>\n
