The following explains how this works:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Go to &#8216;settings&#8217; &gt; &#8217;email&#8217; and click &#8216;add&#8217; (see image 1).<\/li>\n<li>Select &#8216;format&#8217; type so that the company information and invoice lines are disabled (see image 2).<\/li>\n<li>Select &#8216;active: yes&#8217; to activate the template.<\/li>\n<li>You can set a scheduler under &#8216;automatic mail&#8217;. Leave this on &#8216;no&#8217; if you want to send templates manually.<br \/>\n<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Note<\/span>: do you set an automatic mail which is sent e.g. 1 week before arrival? Then the mail will only be sent on 7 days before arrival. Is a booking made within 7 days before arrival? Then this mail will not be sent.<\/li>\n<li>Give the template an &#8216;internal title&#8217; for yourself (e.g. Voucher template) and fill in a subject of the mail, e.g. &#8216;Your voucher code from 123boeken&#8217;.<\/li>\n<li>Optionally, you can enter a header (eye-catching title at the top of the mail) and attachments.<\/li>\n<li>The linked rental attachment can be used if you are working with product specific attachments added here (see image 3).<\/li>\n<li>Finally, fill in the desired text and save the template. The template will now be visible when you go to send an email via &#8216;set up email&#8217;, in a booking.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>You can email a preview of the template to yourself via the &#8216;send preview&#8217; tab at the top of the page.
