This can be found under ‘report’ > ‘financial’ (see image 1). Within a few steps you can create a financial overview:<\/p>\n
1. Select a period and indicate whether you want to use ‘book date’ or ‘start of rental period’ as orientation.<\/p>\n
2. Under ‘content’ select the desired data you want to view > see image 2.<\/p>\n
3. Under ‘objects’ you can choose to show all rental products, a type of product or a specific product. The latter selection is useful to gain insight into the number of bookings, turnover, etc. per rental product.<\/p>\n
4. Then under ‘view’ you can select whether you want to see only the booking rules, the booking rules + options booked or only the booking (without product name). The ‘booking rules’ view is used most frequently.<\/p>\n
5. Finally, you can also save the overview. As soon as you click ‘Show’, the financial results will be shown at the bottom of the page under ‘Result’.<\/p>\n
It is possible to export this data to Exce. Here you can further edit the data.<\/p>\n
You can also create a template, make sure you set ‘save template’ to ‘yes’.
