Send booking as PDF<\/h3>\n

If you choose to send the booking as an attachment (see image 1), you can go to ‘invoice’ under ‘settings’ in the left menu to determine the content of the PDF (see image 2). Please read the notes below for support:<\/p>\n

Text color- titles:<\/strong>
\nSet a color here according to your corporate identity.<\/p>\n

Specify VAT:<\/strong>
\nEnable or disable VAT specification here.<\/p>\n

Payment rules:<\/strong>
\nHere you can choose from 5 different invoice settings in which the lines \u201cresidual payment\u201d and \u201coutstanding amount\u201d are indicated varied:<\/p>\n

– setting 1: without indication of ‘residual payment’ and ‘outstanding amount’
\n– setting 2: only mention of ‘outstanding amount’
\n– institution 3: ‘remaining balance’ and ‘amount outstanding’ are indicated (most frequently used)
\n– institution 4: only ‘remaining payment’ is indicated
\n– setting 5: entry of outstanding amounts per item (on and residual payment)<\/p>\n

\nThe invoice template (PDF) has two text fields.
