Create a booking via ‘bookings’ > ‘new’<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n

To enter new reservations, go to ‘Bookings’ > ‘New’ and follow these steps:<\/p>\n

1. Fill in the customer’s details and save the page (see image 1 for example).<\/p>\n

2. Click on ‘New Line’ and select the desired rental product (see images 2 and 3 for examples).<\/p>\n

3. Choose a booking period and select a green arrival day on the calendar (see image 4 for example).<\/p>\n

4. Indicate the number of products and people, choose ‘Calculated Price’ and save the page. If you want to enter a custom price, choose ‘Manual’ and enter the price.<\/p>\n

5. Optionally, you can also enter\/adjust the discount, deposit, and tourist tax.<\/p>\n

Do you want to deviate from the standard booking periods (week, weekend, midweek, etc.)? Select ‘Manual Period’ at the top of the page (see image 4) and read this article.<\/p>\n

Adding extra products (options)<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n

You can add extra products to the booking by clicking on the diskette icon (see images 5 and 6). Choose ‘Save and Return’ to go back to the booking (see image 7 for an example).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
