If you offer multiple types of accommodations or a combination of, for example, apartments and boats, it is useful to work with product groups. This way, you can divide the rental products into groups, making it easier to filter in the booking overview, planning board, and arrival and departure lists. Additionally, you can determine which payment methods can be selected during booking for each group. For boat rentals, you might want to offer only online payments, while for your apartments, payment by bank transfer might also be acceptable.<\/p>\n
To use product groups, go to \u2018management > objects\u2019 and select the \u2018product groups\u2019 tab at the top of your screen > see image 1. Follow these steps:<\/p>\n
1. Click on \u2018add\u2019 and enter a title, for example, \u2018apartments\u2019 > see image
\n2. Optionally select the desired payment methods that the guest will see during online booking > see images 2, 3, and 4.
\n3. Then set for each rental product which group it belongs to > see image
