Under \u201cContent\u201d select what you want to create an overview of. Usually \u201crental period start\u201d is selected here.<\/p>\n<p>2. Select the period for which you want to create an arrival list. Choose a default period or click custom to select a different period.<\/p>\n<p>3. Select the product or group for which you want to create an arrival list. If you do not select anything, an overview of all objects will be created. Also select a status if necessary.<\/p>\n<p>4. Click on the \u201cShow\u201d button and the overview will appear below. You can also create a PDF by right-clicking the PDF button. This will then be downloaded automatically. See image 2.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Would you like to add specific numbers\/preferred labels\/preferred position to the arrival list?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This is only possible if you have given the reservation a specific preferred position. This is because the system may automatically start shifting bookings without a preferred position in order to present the most optimal availability. This means that the planning board always checks whether bookings can be put back-to-back, so that other guests can continue booking for longer periods.<\/p>\n<p>It is only possible to add a preferred position to a booking if you have set \u201cStock labeling\u201d to \u201cyes\u201d in the object. Then a line \u201cPreferred position\u201d will appear in the booking. You can choose a specific number here.
